Teedeux African Supermarket ("Teedeux", "we", "us") operates this website and the physical store at 1420 Market Street, Suite 5. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Shopping does not require an account. Staff and owner accounts used to manage the store are personal to the holder; you are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your login. We may suspend access we believe is being misused.

Product photos are illustrative and packaging may vary. Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes only where stated at checkout. Stock levels are updated continuously, but if an item sells out after you order we will contact you to substitute, partially fulfil or refund that line.

We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch. If a corrected price is higher, you may cancel the affected item for a full refund of that item.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the order confirmation email or when your order is marked ready for delivery or pickup, whichever is earlier. We may decline an order for stock, payment-verification, delivery-area or fraud-prevention reasons.

Payments are taken through our payment provider's hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. Orders are only prepared once payment is authorised.

Delivery is available within our published service area, with a delivery fee applied at checkout and free delivery on qualifying order values shown on the site. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Store pickup orders are held for 48 hours; after that perishables may be restocked and refunded.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive age-restricted items where applicable.

You can cancel an order for a full refund at any time before it is marked as packing. Fresh, frozen, chilled and other perishable groceries cannot be returned for change of mind. If any item arrives damaged, spoiled, short-dated or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will refund or replace that item. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5-10 business days.

Always read the label on the product you receive. Ingredient, allergen and nutrition information on this site is supplied by manufacturers and may change without notice. Where the packaging differs from the site, the packaging is authoritative.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at a rate that degrades service, no attempts to bypass authentication or access other customers' data, no uploading of malicious files, and no resale of our content. Site content, branding and photography remain our property or that of our licensors.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
